I’m a curious problem solver with 15+ years in operations and project management across life sciences, engineering, and design‑build environments.  I help organizations make their operations easier to run, easier to explain, and easier to improve on purpose.

As a freelance management consultant, I focus on operations and business process management. I help teams understand how work really flows between people, tools, and processes, then design clear, workable systems that are easier to run, maintain, and explain.

How I work

My work starts with curiosity and listening. Before changing anything, I map how work actually happens, who is involved, which tools are used, and where things get stuck.

From there, I:

• Clarify goals and constraints with leaders and teams

• Visualize workflows so everyone can see the same picture

• Co‑design small, practical changes instead of big disruptive overhauls

• Support implementation with clear communication, documentation, and feedback loops

The goal isn’t just new processes on paper, but ways of working people actually understand and can sustain.

I’m actively building skills at the intersection of operations and technology, including coursework in computer science and AI for business operations. I enjoy experimenting with new tools and ways of working and bringing that curiosity into client engagements.

Outside of work, I’m usually doing something that still looks a bit like systems design, whether that’s planning projects, organizing information, or experimenting in the kitchen.
