I’m a curious problem solver with 15+ years in operations and project management across life sciences, engineering, and design‑build environments. I help organizations make their operations easier to run, easier to explain, and easier to improve on purpose.
As a freelance management consultant, I focus on operations and business process management. I help teams understand how work really flows between people, tools, and processes, then design clear, workable systems that are easier to run, maintain, and explain.
How I work
My work starts with curiosity and listening. Before changing anything, I map how work actually happens, who is involved, which tools are used, and where things get stuck.
From there, I:

Visualize workflows so everyone can see the same picture

Outside of work, I’m usually doing something that still looks a bit like systems design, whether that’s planning projects, organizing information, or experimenting in the kitchen.
